JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3-5 years commercial working experience in an Accounting environment, particularly Management Accounting
- Past experience in supervisory roles an advantage.
- Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office functions.
- Strong leadership and communication skills. Strong command (written and oral) in English
- Positive attitude and able to work well in team-based environments.
- Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure.
- Able to meet deadlines under very tight schedules with a high degree of accuracy.
- Meticulous with great attention to details.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Timely Billings/Invoices for work done and follow through till collection (Billing and Accounts)
- To ensure strict control of Accounts Payables and Receivables – monitor and manage Debtors, Creditors, cashflows and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and supporting schedules according to monthly and year-end close schedule
- Facilities and complete monthly close procedures including estimates and provisions
- Analyse revenues, commissions and expenses to ensure they are recorded appropriately on a monthly basis
- Prepare monthly account reconciliations including bank reconciliation
- Analysing financial statements on a monthly basis and report o variance
- To ensure full compliance of internal accounting and system controls, procedures and policies and to propose review or updates of the internal controls as deemed necessary.
- To undertake monthly closing of our Accounting System and to ensure that the necessary financial and management reports are completed and submitted to the General Manager within the specified time frames.
- To communicate and report to the General Manager on a regular basis on operational/accounting issues in the office.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates at least possess an Accounting Cert.
Position: HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
No of position: 01 only (IMMEDIATELY)
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 6 to 10 years’ experience in Human Resources.
- Good interpersonal skills; integrity, honesty & multitasking
- Well organized proactive with excellent communication and relationship building skills with and ability to prioritize work
- Fluent English skills
- Maturity of judgement under pressure and ability to resolve problems.
- Strategic for proper filling of document and update certain documents.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Able to work and carryout any task independently without supervision.
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibility effectively at all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge of the Employment Labour code and all government rules for the management and workers.
- Ability to motivate staff, lead a team and co-operate and collaborate with other teams within the company.
- Experience managing recruitment, organization and executing training and, executing performance management system.

- Develop and administer human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel
- Perform and implement compensation and benefits administration, payroll administration for both local and foreigner

- Maintain and revise the company handbook on policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and employee movement/mobilization
